The deadline for the 8th annual Oregon Student Poetry Contest is February 1, 2008. K-12 students compete for ten prizes in each of four categories:
I kindergarten-grade 2
II grades 3-5
III grades 6-8
IV grades 9-12
The contest is run by the Oregon State Poetry Association, and the winning 40 poems will be published in Cascadia: The Oregon Student Poetry Anthology.
